TEEN and ADULT participants will engage in a hands-on demo/lesson of basic and advanced pastel painting techniques. Beginners to accomplished artists benefit, side-by-side. All will try their hand at starting a pastel painting. Registration is required by emailing info@claveracklibrary.org or library@philmont.org
